By availing services or purchasing products from Seba Computers, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Warranty & Guarantee
Specific warranty periods mentioned on the warranty card or sales receipt will be applicable for each product. Services will be provided according to the company's warranty policy.
2. Service Charges
Specific charges apply for software installation, hardware repair, and chip-level services. The cost will be communicated before the service begins.
3. Product Returns
If any manufacturing defect is found within 24 hours of purchase, the product may be returned or exchanged. Generally, used or partial items are not returnable.
4. Data Privacy
While we strive to keep customer data safe during repairs, Seba Computers is not liable for data loss due to hard disk crashes or unrecoverable damage. It is the customer's responsibility to keep a backup of important data.
